My journey began with a degree in Chemical Engineering, which laid the foundation for my technical expertise. I further enhanced my skills with an Executive MBA, blending technical knowledge with strategic business management.
I joined True Dose with a clear purpose: to make a tangible difference for cancer patients who endure the harsh effects of toxic treatments. My passion for leveraging my experience in scaling businesses and driving growth aligns perfectly with our mission. At True Dose, I am dedicated to ensuring that every cancer patient benefits from precision care through our innovative at-home sampling kit.
Looking ahead, my hope is to advance our mission further, ensuring that every patient receives the personalized care they deserve. Together, we aim to transform the future of cancer treatment and improve patient outcomes on a global scale.

CO-FOUNDER

I am an Associate Professor and Clinical Oncologist with over 20 years of experience. I’m known for my solution-oriented mindset and a positive outlook, even in challenging situations. I thrive on finding practical solutions to complex problems and am passionate about improving patient care.
My academic journey began with medical school, followed by a PhD and residency in clinical oncology. Early on, I developed a profound interest in oncology, which shaped my career and academic pursuits.
I co-founded True Dose in response to challenges faced during a clinical trial, particularly in patient recruitment due to complex blood sampling logistics. True Dose presented a patient-centered solution that aligned perfectly with my goals for the trial.
Looking ahead, I hope True Dose will become a staple in clinical routines and trials, enabling precise dose adjustments through enhanced pharmacodynamic data. Our aim is to significantly improve patient outcomes by personalizing treatment.
The decision to start True Dose was driven by the need for a patient-centric blood sampling solution. Our technology bridges the gap for drugs requiring Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM), offering a practical alternative to traditional venous blood samples and enhancing the overall patient experience.

CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF R&D

I have a PhD in Environmental Chemistry and the driving force behind True Dose R&D department. What I value most about myself is my passion for tackling new challenges, my persistence, and my ability to blend intellect with humor when solving problems.
My academic journey began with a degree in Chemistry from Stockholm University. I’ve always been fascinated by the molecular interactions that underpin chemical reactions and their effects on living organisms. This intrigue guided my studies and career.
I co-founded True Dose to bring our vision of advanced blood sampling technology to life. Our goal was to create a device that simplifies therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM), making it more accessible and practical.
Looking forward, I hope to navigate the challenges typical of startups and see our innovative products gain acceptance and make a significant impact. We aim to revolutionize how blood sampling is done, benefiting both patients and healthcare providers globally.
The decision to start True Dose stemmed from a desire to address a critical gap in healthcare. Observing the limitations of existing blood sampling methods, We saw an opportunity to innovate and develop a solution that could truly benefit the global medical community.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

As a passionate chemist from Italy with extensive experience in the biotech industry, I thrive on curiosity and embrace international experiences that enhance my flexibility and teamwork skills. I hold an MSc in Medicinal Chemistry and a background in drug development, but my enthusiasm for lab work and mass spectrometry led me to specialize in the analytical side of research. Additionally, I am a qualified Pharmacist in Italy.
I joined True Dose because of our remarkable innovation and the high level of dedication that our team brings to developing a groundbreaking product. The opportunity to work in precision medicine, contributing to meaningful advancements for cancer patients, truly excites me. I look forward to being a part of projects that drive hope and progress in this critical field.

SENIOR RESEARCH ASSISTANT

I am driven by a passion for innovation in healthcare and a steadfast commitment to improving patient outcomes. My academic journey in Physics and Biomedicine was fueled by a deep fascination with the mechanics of life and a dedication to advancing healthcare.
My inspiration to join True Dose stemmed from my bachelor’s thesis on breast cancer clinical trials, where I encountered significant limitations in personalized medication. At True Dose, I am excited to address these challenges and contribute to overcoming them.
In the coming years, I hope to see True Dose leading the way in personalized medicine, setting new benchmarks in precision and patient care.

HEAD OF QA/RA

I have over 30 years of experience in the international medical industry, with extensive expertise in quality assurance management and regulatory affairs. I have a proven track record of establishing and building businesses in the medical device, life science sectors, in vitro diagnostics (IVDs), and good manufacturing practices (GMPs). Additionally, I have conducted numerous external and supplier audits and regularly collaborate with regulatory authorities globally. I take pride in contributing to the success of others, as I look forward to doing with True Dose.

ADVISORY BOARD

I work on integrating capital raising into the company’s long-term strategy, with the goal of building companies that can grow globally and achieve a profitable exit.
Over the years, I have started, managed, and sold companies both in Sweden and internationally. My experience spans EU project financing, corporate finance, and listing smaller companies on the stock exchange, as well as 18 years of venture capital investments. I have also served on the boards of more than 20 companies, both as a member and chairman, and worked as VP of Strategic Development at one of Industrifonden's portfolio companies.
This has provided me with a wealth of experience that I am eager to share. The comprehensive perspective I bring on entrepreneurship and business development can help your company become even more resilient and future-proof. What excites me about True Dose is how they combine cutting-edge research with a strong commercial mindset, and how their product can be utilized both in clinics and clinical trials to support better decision-making.
